STOCKBRIDGE-MUNSEE LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We add 77 cents to each check to pay monthly “rent” to the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohicans (SMC) for operating on their stolen land. This offers tangible opportunities to support SMC and the important cultural resurgence work led by their Cultural Affairs Department through making direct donations towards their new Cultural Center. SHARED PLATE FUND

69 cents from each menu item is donated monthly t0 racial justice and mutual aid organizations. We work collaboratively with a coalition of chefs, farmers, and activists to distribute the funds locally and all over the world. We add a 6% living wage fee to help pay our employees above the sub tipped minimum wage and to support fair wage practices across front and back of house
